Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juicy Beauty, Betül Altubay,
Sandleitengasse 15/2, 1160 Vienna, Austria, Email: info@juicy-shop.com) of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sucient to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than our standard, cheapest option). The refund will be made without delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the goods'nature, properties, and functionality.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• For the delivery of goods that are custom-made or tailored to your specic needs.
• For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except for subscription
contracts).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
• For the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if
the seal has been removed after delivery.
• For the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
due to their nature.
• For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if
the seal has been removed after delivery.
