DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juicy Beauty, Betül Altubay, Sandleitengasse 15/2, 1160 Vienna, Austria, Email: info@juicy-shop.com) of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sucient to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS AN INCORRECTSHIPPING INFORMATION?
We want to make sure your package gets to you smoothly! If there's an error in your shipping information, please reach out to ‘Österreichische Post’ to reroute your package. There's a reshipment fee of 5€ for all orders. Unfortunately, Juicy Beauty isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages if the incorrect information was provided during purchase.
