HOW LONG CAN I WEAR STRIP LASHES?
Our strip lashes are designed for daily wear and can be reused multiple times with proper care.
HOW OFTEN CAN I REUSE MY LASHES?
With gentle handling and proper cleaning, your lashes can be reused up to 30 times.
HOW DO I APPLY THE LASHES?
Apply a thin layer of lash glue to the band, wait a few seconds until it becomes tacky, and place the lash as close as possible to your natural lash line.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY LASHES?
Gently peel off the lash from the outer corner. Avoid pulling to protect both your natural lashes and the strip lash.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY LASHES?
Carefully remove glue residue after each use and store the lashes back in their original packaging to maintain their shape.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY LASHES?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
ARE THERE ANY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS?
Due to hygiene reasons, lashes can only be returned if they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging, including the protective plastic seal.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To request a return, please contact us at info@juicy-shop.com with a clear statement of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us automatically. Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you and arrange a reshipment. Please note that the additional shipping costs for resending the order must be covered by the customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery lies with the carrier. Juicy Beauty not liable for lost packages during transit. However, if your package appears to be missing, please contact us at info@juicy-shop.com and we will support you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.
