If it doesn't come off easily, soak a cotton swab in a non-oil based makeup remover or glue remover. Gently rub the lash line with the cotton swab on both eyes. Let it sit for 30 seconds so the glue softens. If done right, you should be able to gently pull off the false eyelash. Remember to grab it as close to your eyelid as possible, starting from the outer corner of your eye.
